Denise works with executives, managers, entrepreneurs and professionals in business, private and Ngo sectors. She specialises in leadership, positive psychology and emotional intelligence. The coaching aims to deliver high-impact results. Work is done with clients on an individual basis to assess their needs and goals and work on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, action steps and back to assessment. Agreement is reached on goals, influenced by psychometric analysis to understand the client behaviours and drivers, and then coaching is delivered to achieve those goals within an agreed timeframe.
Denise is specialises in transitional coaching. Denise has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of leadership. She has specialist experience coaching Chief Executives and senior management teams, particularly those transitioning into a new role(s). With in-depth understanding of the impact of change at a personal and collective level, she has in-depth experience working with groups and individuals in the areas of career transition, career management, career development and performance management. She has significant operational experience at senior levels and proven expertise in change leadership and transformation programmes, particularly within social justice and social change areas. She is passionate about realising strengths and maximising potential in individuals. Denise has a passion for working with in complex and fast changing organisations and environments. She builds their capability to manage their careers through transition and change. Denise has a number of executive board directorships, non-executive and advisory board positions and her approach has its foundations in understanding what it takes to lead organisations, manage teams and the delicate nature of talent/people development. Denise is involved with The Third Act, an organisation helping people in transition and is active in its network of Third Act Coaches. She is also a member of the Ashoka Coaching panel.
Denise trained as an Executive Coach with the Irish Management Institute/UCC (post graduate level), is in a coaching supervision programme, a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching.
