Denise has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of leadership, with an understanding of the impact of change at a personal and collective level. She has significant operational experience at senior level and proven expertise in change leadership and transformation programmes. She is passionate about realising strengths and maximising potential in individuals. Denise has a number of executive board directorships, non-executive and advisory board positions. Her approach has its foundations in understanding what it takes to lead organisations, manage teams and the delicate nature of talent/people development.

She has worked with industry sectors including: Telecommunications, Social Sector, for-profit and not for profit organisations. Denise also was part of several high profile campaigns, including Yes Equality; Together for Yes (Repeal) and the re-election of President Michael D. Higgins.

Denise has specific experience working with individuals and/or organisations on succession planning or preparing for a leadership transition.  She works with exiting leaders, Boards with responsivity for managing the leadership transition and/or incoming executives.
